It is an exciting tour that we recomnend you to explore real Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park
American War. The entrance shows the evidence of aerial attacks. That US war planes spent considerable time bombing and strafing the Phong Nha area is really hardly surprising: this was one of the key entrance point to Ho Chi Minh trail. Some overgrown remains of the trail are still visible, though you'll need a guide to point them out to you.
Tour Program

07:15   am     : After breakfast, start going to Phong Nha - Tien Son caves
11:30 - 12:00 : Luch at Phong Nha village
13:00 - 13:30 : Go to the park core zone to see jugle, visit Lady cave, stop at Nuoc Mooc ec-otrail
16:30            :  Back to Dong Hoi

Lady cave is the place where young volunteers sacrificed in 1972 by US bombing on the Road 20 (Duong 20 Quyet thang), the entrance of the cave they were hiding collapsed. Visit this area, you can go back you mind into the past and understand real war and more history of Vietnam.

Tourists can go along Son river by boat, turn to Chay river more than 6 km and reach Mooc water spring (or Nuoc Mooc eco-trail). It is located inside valley between hills and streams. Nature creates amazing things. Take, for example the spring named “Suoi Nuoc Mooc” in the world heritage site of Phong Nha - Ke Bang, where columns of water rise up wonderfully, seeming to defy gravity before making their way to the nearby Chay River.
